Returns and Exchanges

While we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase, from time to time it may be necessary for a customer to return an item.

Standard returns and exchanges must be made in accordance with Return Policies. 

 

Within these parameters, for stocked items you may:

  1. Exchange your item for the same item or another item of the same value.

    • ​​Mattresses that have entered a home may never be exchanged or returned.
    • Upholstered or leather furniture that has entered a home with smoking or pets may not be exchanged or returned.
  2. A Protect-All mattress protector must have been be unused and unopened.

  3. A valid receipt is required.

  4. Buyers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns.

  5. Protection plan cost will not be refunded or exchanged.

  6. Furniture must be in the original condition as when purchased.

Within these parameters, for Special Ordered Items you may:
  1. When Returning or Exchanging a Special Order piece a 25% restocking fee will charged.

    • ​​Mattresses that have entered a home may never be exchanged or returned.
    • Upholstered or leather furniture that has entered a home with smoking or pets may not be exchanged or returned.
  2. A Protect-All mattress protector must have been be unused and unopened.

  3. A valid receipt is required.

  4. Buyers are responsible for any applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns.

  5. Protection plan cost will not be refunded or exchanged.

  6. Furniture must be in the original condition as when purchased and approved by store manager.

  7. Additional Pick-up Charge may apply.

With these parameters, for Refunds on Stock or Special Order Items you may:
  1. The above stipulations for exchanged items apply.

  2. Cash and check payments will be refunded by check a minimum of 10 days after the receipt of your initial payment.

  3. Credit- or bankcard payments will be credited back to the credit- or bankcard from which the original payment was made. If that card cannot be produced, you have the option of receiving a Gift Card in the refund amount, or leaving the balance "On Account"

The following items cannot be refunded. They may eligible for exchange.
  1. Mattresses

  2. Power bases

  3. Bed pillows

  4. Protect-all mattress protectors

  5. Clearance and as is items
